In order to dismiss your traffic ticket and have no points assessed against your official Arizona Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) driver record, the State of Arizona Supreme Court requires all students to fax or email copies of the following documents to our office prior to starting the online course:
1. A copy of your Arizona traffic ticket or complaint.
2. A scan, photocopy or photograph of both FRONT and BACK of your Driver's License.
Note: If the printing on your traffic ticket or complaint is light, please use a dark fine point pen and trace over the text on the entire page to darken the information. In addition, Driver's Licenses often copy too dark when faxed. Please make sure that ALL INFORMATION is LEGIBLE (easily readable) on ALL COPIES before you fax or email them to us. If the copies are too light or too dark, they may not fax properly and may delay the activation of your account.
All information submitted is strictly for the purpose of satisfying Court requirements. Once we receive legible (easily readable) copies of the required documents, we will contact you regarding your account activation and payment.
