Upon payment of the course tuition and all required Court/State fees, you are officially a participant of the program and no refund may be granted. Should course failure occur on behalf of ArizonaDriver.com, and cannot be corrected within 24 hours of such occurrence, you may be entitled to a refund. If the ticketing officer fails to file your citation with the court of jurisdiction, you will be entitled to a refund. Should you attempt to circumvent the course requirements by cheating, or fail the program, you will not be entitled to a refund. In some cases, refunds may be issued at the direction of the Court.
Court diversion programs may be taken once every 12 months from the date of the last violation and must be completed at least seven (7) days prior to the court appearance date. The citation must be for an Eligible Moving Violation and not be the result of a collision causing death or serious physical injury of any person. Persons holding a commercial driver license or any person operating a commercial motor vehicle are not eligible for the court diversion program.
